I take insurance and have a fantastic biller that bills the insurance companies for me. Statements are mailed monthly. It is important that beforehand you call your insurance company and find out if I’m paneled with them and what your copay and/or deductible is for mental health services. I do not like any of my patients to be surprised by their coverage. It could increase stress for them if they do not know that they have a high copay and then get a bill that is more than they anticipated. Unfortunately, I do not call each insurance company on my patients’ behalf before assessment, so I encourage new patients to take that responsibility.

During the evaluation appointment, I will ask you to fill out two forms, a Hippa-private practice form, and an insurance information form. This should take approximately 2-5 minutes.

Cost per session:

Assessment- $150.00

Family session- $145.00

Individual session- $135.00

School consultation- $150.00

Supervision sessions- $150.00,  but I offer sliding fee scale for new therapists based on income.

Usually, insurance companies reimburse assessments, family, and individual session. They do not reimburse for school consultations or supervision.
